Chief Concierge Officer & Co-Founder

20+ years in medical and surgical distribution before transitioning to senior care. Former Executive Director of a memory care community. Has personally guided thousands of families through care transitions and created the Good Samaritans program to connect underserved seniors with resources.

EVP of Corporate Development · Architect of Senior Navigator

30 years in healthcare spanning clinical, insurance, and technology. USAF Combat Medic and Clinical Trauma Nurse. Built one of the nation's largest individual health insurance marketplaces. Former SVP/CXO at BCBS Louisiana. Architect of the Senior Navigator platform and its care planning methodology.

Kecia Lilly

SVP of Compliance

25+ years in institutional investment consulting, including early career at E.F. Hutton and her own consulting practice. Instrumental in the testimony and passage of HB 1494, establishing Washington State's regulatory standard for senior care referral agencies.

Heather Souve

Alex De Moraes, MD

Concierge Medicine & Senior Care · Physician Advisor

BS from UC Davis and MD from the Medical College of Wisconsin. Operates a 24/7 concierge medical practice. Medical Director for Meadows of Napa Valley, Piner's Nursing, and Anchor Health Services. Brings hands-on senior care experience from both concierge medicine and facility oversight perspectives.

The Regulatory Standard

In 2012, Concierge Care Advisors helped draft and testified in support of Washington State House Bill 1494, which established the first regulatory framework for senior care referral agencies in the state. The law requires referral agencies to register, disclose their financial relationships with care providers, and operate transparently in how they match families with care options.
